The Benemérita has recovered all the stolen effects valued at more than 2,500 euros, although the investigation is still open, so other arrests are not ruled out. The investigation began last May, when civil guards from the ROCA teams (against robberies in the field) became aware of several robberies committed on agricultural buildings in the municipalities of Mula and Pliego, events that had generated some alarm among the entrepreneurs in the sector. From that moment, the agents gathered the necessary indications until they found out that the suspects had traveled in tourism, not in the usual vans that circulate in the area, so the effort focused on identifying their occupants. As a result of these inquiries, the Civil Guard ascertained the identity of two young people who, after concluding the analysis phase of the investigation, were arrested as alleged perpetrators of the crime of robbery with force in at least two agricultural warehouses. Next, a third person was identified, allegedly related to the illicit acquisition of the stolen materials, for which reason she was investigated as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of reception. According to the investigation, it is a criminal group, settled in the municipality of Mula, allegedly dedicated to the theft of agricultural materials on farms in Mula and Pliego. The Civil Guard has completed the operation 'Marnaca' with the recovery of a generator, a chainsaw, a brush cutter, as well as a briefcase with a sander, a radial and a jig, all valued at more than 2,500 euros. The arrested persons of Spanish and Moroccan nationality, aged 19, 22 and 36, and residents of Mula, the recovered effects and the proceedings investigated have been brought to the attention of Investigating Court No.
