Emergency health services have treated and transferred to the hospital a cyclist who was seriously injured this morning when he was run over by another vehicle on an orchard road in the municipality of Pliego. On 1-1-2 he received a call, at 4.41 am, informing that he saw a man lying in the gutter, possibly run over.

The Civil Guard patrol and an ambulance with health personnel from the Urgencies and Health Emergencies Management 061 were mobilized to the place.

Run over, he was transferred to the "Virgen de la Arrixaca" hospital in Murcia, multiple trauma.
